about the divergent weave
We're not woven like cloth. We're woven like light.
Picture a beam of light moving through space - not traveling in one straight, uniform line, but bending, scattering, and finding its own path. Now imagine a series of baffles along that path: not walls that block the light, but structures that shape it - softening it, redirecting it, giving it texture it wouldn't have on its own. No two configurations ever look the same. That's not a flaw in the system. That's the design.
That's us.
Divergent Weave is a collective for neurodivergent helper professionals - people whose minds don't run in parallel, and were never meant to.
We each move through our own path: our own practice, our own pace, our own way of thinking and working. What we share isn't sameness. It's the structure around us, a set of intentional supports (body doubling, shared marketing, feedback meetings, retreats, and more) that shape and hold our individual paths without ever straightening them out.
We enter this space and leave it with intention, understanding that not every connection here is meant to be permanent and that's not a loss. It's part of how light finds its way through.
